Structure and characteristics
1. General valve: Specification model PN1.0-4.0Mpa, DN40-1600. It is suitable for sewage treatment, pulp, urban heating and other places with strict requirements.
2. Special valve for petrochemical industry: Specification DN40-1600, PN1.0-4.0Mpa, suitable for various oil products such as crude oil, heavy oil, weak corrosive, two-phase mixed flow medium in the chemical industry. The temperature resistance can reach 425℃.
3. Gas special valve: Specification DN40-1600, PN1.0-4.0Mpa is suitable for the transportation control of coal gas, natural gas and liquefied gas. The product structure is characterized by sealing and overlay welding of different chromium-containing stainless steels, tight sealing and corrosion resistance.
4. Slurry special valve: specification DN40-1600, suitable for liquid and solid two-phase mixed flow or industrial pipeline transportation where crystallization or fouling occurs during chemical reaction in liquid transportation. Product structure characteristics According to customer needs, the medium and temperature requirements are different. The sealing pair is surfacing with chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy, and the valve seat is surfacing with chromium-molybdenum alloy, chromium alloy, and stainless steel alloy electrodes to meet the needs of different slurry transportation.
5. Special valve for pulverized ash and slag: Specification DN40-1600, suitable for the control of power plants, hydraulic slag removal or gaseous transportation pipelines. The product requires wear resistance. The valve core adopts a combined ball type bimetal, which has quite high rigidity and is very wear-resistant. The valve seat adopts overall wear-resistant No. 1 or full surfacing, and has the advantages of a hard-sealed ball valve.
