1. Structure and characteristics

The valve seat adopts a metal sealing structure loaded by a leaf spring, which is easy to open and close at high temperatures.

The ball and valve seat adopt special hardening treatment, and the sealing surface is not scratched.

The ball valve has a two-way sealing function.

The medium and small diameter adopts the floating ball structure (DN15～200mm), and the large and medium diameter adopts the fixed ball structure (DN125～500mm).

2. Purpose

Metal hard seal ball valve is suitable for various pipelines of Class150～1500, PN1.6～16.0MPa, working temperature -29～425℃ (carbon steel) or -40～550℃ (stainless steel), used to cut off or connect the pipe The medium in the road.

Different materials are used, which can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea, etc.
