In addition, the valve is not flushed, and the valve core is not flushed when it is closed. The spherical surface of the valve core moves along the valve seat when it is opened, which effectively removes fouling obstacles and realizes a reliable seal. It is particularly effective for the mixed flow transportation of two-phase mixed flow and easy fouling solid precipitation.

2. The valve's hemisphere is made of bimetal, and different alloys are surfacing on the base material. The valve seat is also surfacing and subjected to special treatment. The sealing surface is combined into various types such as anti-corrosion, wear resistance and high strength to meet the needs of different occasions. .

3. Tightly sealed, no leakage of harmful gas can be transported.

4. The valve core of the sealing pair has a compensation amount. When the valve is worn out, it will rotate a little when it is closed, so that it can reliably seal and extend the service life. In addition, the user unscrews the compression nut, and the valve seat is still usable after adjustment or replacement, which avoids the drawback of scrapping the entire valve after the valve seal fails.
