Structure and characteristics

1. The product has reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.

2. The product can choose soft seal or hard seal according to different working conditions. The sealing surface is welded with Co-based cemented carbide, which has better wear resistance, corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, and has a long service life.

3. The opening pressure is small, and the valve clack can be fully opened under a small pressure difference.

4. Built-in pin shaft structure reduces external leakage points and is reliable in use.

5. Nominal pressure≥16.0Mpa (Class1500) The middle cavity adopts a self-tight sealing structure, and the sealing performance is enhanced with the increase of pressure to ensure the sealing performance.

6. The parts materials, flanges, and butt-welding end dimensions can be reasonably selected according to actual attack conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
