One. Functions and Features

1. The pressure parts of the valve are cast by precision casting, and the surface quality handwheel is cast by malleable cast iron. The shape is matched with the handle to increase the friction appropriately.

2. Easy to open.

●The stem nut is made of high nickel ductile iron, and the "T" thread is matched with the stem to transmit torque.

●There is an oil cup on the valve cover, which can regularly replenish solid lubricating oil to keep it open and close easily.

●Separate design of packing gland and pressure sleeve to ensure the concentricity of the valve stem. Reasonable stuffing box design to ensure that the valve does not leak,

3. Meet environmental protection requirements.

●The valve cover is equipped with an upper sealing ring, which conforms to the American Petroleum Institute API standard.

●The connecting bolts of the middle flange of the valve adopt double-head bolts, which is convenient for maintenance and disassembly.

●The valve stem head is integrally forged and connected with the valve clack through a "T" groove to ensure strength.

●The castings below DN250 are precision castings, and each batch of castings is marked with the furnace number for easy tracking.
