One. Structure and characteristics

1. The ball valve with FEP lining layer has extremely high chemical stability and can be applied to any strong corrosive properties except "melting metal and elemental fluorine".

2. With full bore and floating ball structure, the valve can be closed without leakage within the entire pressure range, which is more convenient for ball sweeping and pipeline maintenance of the pipeline system.

3. The ball body of the opening and closing part is cast (forged) as a whole with the valve stem, which eliminates the possibility of the valve stem rushing out of the pressure-bearing part due to pressure changes, and fundamentally ensures the safety of use in the project.

4. The structure is compact and reasonable, the cavity space in the valve body is minimal, and the medium retention is reduced. In addition, the special molding process makes the sealing surface well sealed, and the combination of herringbone ring PTFE packing enables the valve to achieve zero leakage.

5. The two-piece and three-piece structure can be applied to various piping systems and working conditions with different requirements. Among them, the three-piece ball valve allows the main valve body to be separated from the valve body on both sides, which can realize online fast and maintenance.
