Precautions for Maintenance of Hard Sealed Fully Welded Ball Valves

The following items should be paid attention to in the maintenance of hard-sealed fully welded ball valve:

     1. When installing the hard-sealed fully welded ball valve, please pay attention to the direction of the valve's driving handwheel in order to operate the valve.

     2. Hard-sealed full-welded ball valve series valves should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and both ends of the passage should be blocked to prevent impurities from entering.

     3. During long-term storage, the valve should be checked regularly to remove dirt and apply anti-rust oil on the processing surface.

     4. After installing the hard-sealed fully welded ball valve and using it, check the main inspection items regularly:

     a. Wear of the sealing surface;

     b. Whether the packing is out of date and invalid, if it is damaged, it should be replaced in time;

     c. Whether dirt accumulates in the inner cavity of the valve;
